Can anyone identify This?

This is a piece of Pressed or Moulded Glass dating c1960's or 70's. The Glass is Frosted and in a Very Unusual shape.

It measures 6" (15cm) wide, by 2 1/2" ( 6.5cm) high. There is No Markers Mark on the item.

Can anyone tell me - Where the item was made. The Country of Origin. When it dates from and Who was the Maker or Designer?
